Runner Balance, gate
selection, Beverage Display System.
MCS was commissioned
to identify the optimum gate locations and size the hot runner system
for a beverage display system. The system had to achieve a certain
structural performance therefore structural analyses were performed
along with the polymer flow simulations. Although not shown within this
site, the product design was modified based upon the flow and structural
analyses performed by MCS.
